Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use Policy
Olleh.ai (“the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) provides autonomous AI voice agent software, smart call-center automation systems, and outbound communication technology. We are fiercely committed to maintaining the integrity of telecom networks, digital properties, and consumer privacy.
This Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs all use of Olleh.ai's services, platforms, APIs, and automated voice agents. By deploying an Olleh.ai voice agent, you (“User,” “Client,” or “Subscriber”) agree to comply strictly with this Policy.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Unsolicited Communications
Olleh.ai operates under a strict, zero-tolerance framework for unsolicited automated voice calls, text messaging, or digital form submissions.
You are entirely prohibited from using Olleh.ai infrastructure to engage in “robocalling” or automated outbound marketing campaigns targeting individuals or entities who have not provided explicit, verifiable consent to be contacted.
A. Requirements for Outbound Calling & Campaigns
Every outbound campaign deployed through Olleh.ai must fulfill the following regulatory baselines:
- Express Written Consent: You must have documented, verifiable prior express written consent from the recipient before initiating an AI-assisted voice call.
- Accurate Caller ID: You must display accurate, non-deceptive Caller ID information. Under no circumstances may an Olleh.ai user implement “spoofing” (falsifying caller identity information).
- Immediate Identification: At the absolute beginning of any outbound conversation, the Olleh.ai voice agent must clearly state the name of the business, entity, or individual responsible for initiating the call.
- Opt-Out Compliance: The AI voice agent must seamlessly recognize and honor verbal opt-out requests (e.g., if a call recipient says “Stop calling me,” “Take me off your list,” or “Unsubscribe”). The system must automatically flag that record and permanently suppress it from subsequent outreach.
2. Strict Compliance with Global Telecom Laws
Olleh.ai users must ensure that all automated calling activities comply fully with local, national, and international laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to:
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) (United States)
- Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) (Federal Trade Commission, US)
- CAN-SPAM Act and TRACED Act (United States)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ePrivacy Directive (European Union)
- CRTC Telemarketing Rules (Canada)
- National Do Not Call (DNC) Registries: You must scrub all campaign contact lists against national and state/provincial Do Not Call lists before running an outbound campaign.
3. Prohibited Content and Malicious Use Cases
You may not use Olleh.ai to build, train, deploy, or operate AI voice agents that engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following:
- Scams and Phishing: Deceiving individuals to extract sensitive personal data, financial credentials, social security numbers, or passwords.
- Impersonation: Configuring an AI voice agent to falsely impersonate government agencies, law enforcement, banking entities, utility providers, or another real individual without explicit authorization.
- Harassment and Abuse: Initiating high-frequency, repetitive, or intimidating call flows designed to cause annoyance, distress, or disruption to a business or individual.
- Form Spamming and Scrapers: Utilizing Olleh.ai automated scripts or contact bots to repeatedly hit or fill out unsecured web contact forms across the internet for lead harvesting or bulk advertising.
- Restricted Industries: Deploying automated calling for predatory lending, high-interest debt relief schemes, fake tech-support services, or unauthorized healthcare/pharmaceutical multi-level marketing.
4. Inbound Deflection and Customer Support Compliance
When using Olleh.ai for inbound customer support or ticket deflection (e.g., handling travel booking modifications, flight delays, or support ticket processing):
- Transparency of AI Identity: While our voice models are highly realistic, you must not intentionally mislead callers into believing they are interacting with a biological human if they explicitly ask.
- Data Security: Any data captured during inbound calls (such as reservation numbers, emails, or names) must be handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and must not be fed into public or global generative models.
5. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Account Termination
Olleh.ai actively maintains the right to shield its infrastructure and the public from system abuse.
A. Detection and Auditing
We deploy automated telemetry, call pattern analysis (detecting anomalous spike volumes), and abuse-reporting mechanisms to identify potential violations of this policy. We reserve the right to audit your data capture methods, proof of recipient consent, and opt-out data structures at any time.
B. Penalties for Violation
If an account is flagged or reported for violating this Policy (including external security or telecom network blocklist alerts), Olleh.ai will take immediate corrective action, which may include:
- Immediate throttling of call concurrency limits.
- Temporary suspension of the outbound dialer or agent API access.
- Permanent termination of the account and forfeiture of all service credits, without prior notice.
- Cooperating with law enforcement and regulatory authorities by providing telemetry logs and account details associated with unlawful automated calling.
6. How to Report Abuse
If you believe an automated voice agent powered by Olleh.ai has contacted you without your consent, or is operating in violation of this Policy, please report it directly to our security and compliance team.
- Email: hello@olleh.ai
- Required Information: To help us isolate and disable the offending agent immediately, please provide the date and time of the call, the Caller ID number displayed, and the business name claimed by the voice agent.
